After contacting customer support, they quickly acknowledged the mistake and confirmed they would send me the correct item free of charge. The item they had mistakenly sent was of lesser value than the one I had ordered, and they also let me keep it, which I appreciated.
I have now received the correct item, and I'm happy that the company resolved the issue and honoured my original order. Mistakes can happen, but it's how a company handles them that matters, and I appreciate that they made it right.
