An AMYRA product is designed and handcrafted by artisans with over 25 years of experience. Every piece takes upto 3-4 hours and involves 4-5 artisans at different stages.
We carefully select high-quality materials to ensure durability, comfort, and a premium feel.
The products are made through a combination of traditional techniques and modern technology to ensure precision and consistency.
Each product undergoes thorough quality checks to ensure it meets our standards for excellence before it reaches you.
Most of AMYRA's products are made from premium fabrics sourced from our trusted vendors. The fabrics range from silks, velvets and georgettes depending on the design and make of the product. The bag often features decorative tassels made of crystals, pearls, adding a touch of timeless elegance. Additionally, intricate laces or thread embroidery, often in floral or geometric patterns, adorn the surface, giving each piece a handcrafted, artisanal appeal.
All of AMYRA's products are made at our workshop in Chennai, India.
At present, AMYRA operates predominantly online. You can also visit our workshop at Chennai, India, by appointment basis.

If you like to reduce wastage of the box you can opt out of box packaging by selecting the option in your cart and contribute towards a better environment. We will still send the golden dust bag to store your AMYRA bag in. - Store the products in the AMYRA dust bag to keep the embellishments from getting tarnished or damaged in storage.

Delivery and Shipping
- Add the product you would like to order to the cart.
- Go to your cart, review the items, and click on "Checkout" to proceed with your order.
- Enter your delivery address where you'd like the order to be shipped.
- Choose your preferred payment method and enter the necessary payment details. Click on the "Complete Order" button.
- After placing the order you will receive an order confirmation message on email and WhatsApp
Once an order is placed and dispatched, you will be notified with all details of your delivery.
Orders placed in India as well as outside India are catered by reliable courier services such as like Bluedart, DHL. We shall endeavor to deliver the order within 3-8 working days.

Yes, we use DHL Express for international shipping, ensuring your order arrives within 3-5 working days after dispatch from our workshop in Chennai.
Customs charges, brokerage fees or any other taxes applied by the destination country will be borne by the customer and AMYRA will not be responsible for it.
You can pay for your purchase using credit card, debit card, UPI, internet banking or bank transfer. We also offer Cash on Delivery on orders below 15K within India. We accept international credit cards as well via Razorpay payment gateway.
All these payment methods are 100% safe and secured.
You will receive a tracking number on your email ID, WhatsApp and SMS once your order has been shipped.
Alternatively, you can log in on the website and go to your account to see status of all your orders.

Domestic orders are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders will arrive within 7-10 working days.

For orders within India, all taxes and duties are included in the MRP.
For international orders, any customs charges, brokerage fees, or other taxes imposed by the destination country will be the customer's responsibility, and AMYRA will not be held liable for them.
Although we partner with some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, their coverage may have limitations. If your address is in an area not serviced by them, we will get in touch with you and work to find an alternative solution to ensure your AMYRA order reaches you.
Exchange and Returns
For returns or exchanges, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You can submit your request for a return or exchange here- https://www.thamyrastore.com/apps/ezy/returns
Ensure that the items are returned in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check, and refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 to 30 working days subject to the specifications from the payment gateway.
Returns/Exchange is not applicable for international shipments due to export & duty regulations by the Govt. of India
Yes, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or your preferred payment option within 7 to 30 business days subject to the specifications from the payment gateway.
You can also request for store credit that can be used on your next purchase.
You can only exchange the product with some other product if you have the order details.
