It was a lovely experience 😊
The bag is high quality and the craftsmanship is really good. However, the pricing could be better. For a bag of 6000 Rs the dimensions are not that great. If the same bag was bigger in size then I feel the pricing is justified 👍🏻

Thank you for the feedback. We are also always striving to bring down the costs associated with our products. The price of this particular tote bag is higher because of the fabric that we have used here. The fabric is a very high quality premium embroidered fabric which takes a lot of effort & time in manufacturing and hence the high price. But this would also mean that bag you have will be very rare and will certainly stand out from the crowd.

The product quality is good but it is overpriced. I'm very disappointed by your customer service. I had requested for the reverse pickup two weeks ago and still waiting for the refund . When you had mentioned refunds and returns in your policy, you should adhere to that. There is no personal response from your team. It's always same recorded answer on email and WhatsApp.

We have raised this issue with our courier partner to ensure this does not happen with other clients as well.
